The facilities are incredible (you have to at least take a tour to see the clubhouse and rooftop pool.) The front desk and maintenance teams are responsive, fast, and a joy to work with. The free Latte/Coffee machine certainly doesn't hurt either! 5/5 recommend

I've lived in Venable for a year now and have to say that this is by far the most pleasant apartment experience I've ever had! The apartments are conveniently located a stone's throw away from the center of downtown and are less than a 7 minute walk to some great local restaurants and breweries. I really appreciate the cleaning staff here -- I see them multiple times a week cleaning the common areas, hallways, etc. Any time I've had a maintenance request, the work has been completed either the same day or the next day with great results. Venable is also one of the most secure apartments I toured in Durham.[...] Happy to be signing on for another year!

I loved living here! The rooftop pool is amazing in the Summer and it was never too crowded. I never had any issues with my neighbors or surrounding areas. The leasing office and management staff are super friendly. It was a 10/10 experience.

Venable is a great place to live. It’s very safe, clean, quiet and the staff is amazing! I would highly recommend anyone moving to the area to check it out. The amenities are fantastic especially the roof top pool & clubhouse!

We moved into Venable in October 2023. It’s been truly the smoothest rental experience we’ve had! The leasing staff is incredibly kind and responsive, maintenance is timely and effective, and all shared amenities are kept clean and organized. Affordable for the space and amenities, mail room has been under control (which wasn’t the case in past apartment buildings we’ve lived in!), and the gym and parking are solid too!
